How do companies plan the digital transition of their staff? How can they be attractive and manage talent in order to grow quickly in a competitive digital environment? Come along to the 2nd Barcelona Digital Talent Day and discover all the key factors, challenges and new opportunities presented by the digital talent ecosystem.

Over two days, on 3 and 10 December, you will learn about success stories which show the importance of talent as an accelerator of digital transformation by attracting and managing digital talent in an organisation.

  • Day 1: Successful digitalisation calls for new expertise and abilities, so transitioning employees to digital skills is crucial nowadays. But where do you start? We will be able to call on the expertise of Daniel Newman, adviser to Amazon’s “Upskilling 2025” career development initiative and a columnist for Forbes.

  • Day 2: Driving your company’s growth is no longer just about being big, but also about attracting digital talent and having agile and flexible structures in place that enable you to adjust to organisational cycles. It is essential to be familiar with models such as “staff on demand” which will drive the recruitment of people who are critical to the growth of any enterprise. We will unpack this topic with Salim Ismail, Founding Executive Director of Singularity University.

We will also chat with organisations which are implementing initiatives designed to foster digital talent, such as Seat, CaixaBank, Bayer and many others, and share top-tier interviews and panel discussions with them.

Sign up and drive your organisation’s digital talent!
