He is currently the deputy director at La Vanguardia. He has worked for numerous written and audiovisual media, including Ràdio Arenys, El Punt, El Correo Catalán, Cadena 13, Agencia EFE, TVE and Avui newspaper. Between 2006 and 2008, he was a member of the governing board of the College of Journalists of Catalonia, where he served as the president of the New Media Committee.

Jordi Arrufí has been the director of the Digital Talent Programme at MWCapital since October 2017. He has been on the Mobile World Capital team since 2016, and during this time he has spearheaded digital transformation projects with a social impact. During his career, he has worked for companies like PwC, specialising in operations projects in large organisations and in strategic consulting with SMEs and startups. Arrufí is currently a professor in the Master’s in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the TecnoCampus Mataró (UPF) and in the Master’s in Digital Transformation and Leadership at the Barcelona Technology School (BTS).

She’s an ICT woman with a Bachelor’s in Journalism and a diploma in business. Her career has focused on digital communication and strategic and organisational consulting. In the Sant Cugat Town Hall, she has served as the Councillor for Communication, Information, Citizen Attention, City Promotion and Technology and as the lieutenant mayor for Economic Promotion, Innovation and Open Government. In June 2018, she was appointed director general for Digital Society in the Government of Catalonia.

A passionate fan of telecommunications as a tool to develop society, he has managed to help many companies and public organisations in their strategic planning, income growth, cost efficiency, improved customer experience and evolution of their online infrastructures and systems. He is a member of the Executive Committee at CTecno.

She studied chemical engineering at the University of Santiago de Compostela and earned an MBA at ESADE. She enjoys finding solutions to tech-based problems and building new businesses. She likes to forge new professional ties and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Stefano hold a degree in International Economy, with a Master specialized in Finance from EADA Business School in Barcelona Spain. He started to work in Accenture Business Consulting assigned to Zurich Italy in 2003 when decided to be part of Zurich group in 2007 as Business Manager for Zurich Connect Business. After working 5 years in different roles he became Head of Business development in Spain BU. Since 2014 he has been nominated as Digital & Direct Director of Spain BU for accelerating the digital business and its new business models. Additionally from 2017 Stefano is responsible of Global iniciatives like Klinc, Coverwallet & recently Mobility Ecosystem in collaboration with Group Strategy, Innovation & Business Development and EMEA

After earning his Bachelor and MSc in finance at ESADE, Adrià went on to work in business operations and strategic positions at top e-commerce companies like Rakuten and eDreams Odigeo. He then launched his own start-up, and now Adrià has decided to join Ironhack to evolve the concept of education. He started as a General Manager for the Barcelona campus but more recently has also led the Global Sales team and now leading the Global Operations team. He also acts as a start-up mentor in some of Barcelona’s acceleration programs.
