In the past two years, the demand for digital talent in Barcelona has grown 80%, while the supply of professionals has only risen 23%. This situation reveals the lack of digital talent and the need to take actions that encourage new talent to join the market. The digital transformation of companies is leading to a steady increase in professional profiles with digital development skills.

Attend the launch of our latest Digital Talent Overview 2020 report, where we’ll make an in-depth analysis of the status of digital talent in Barcelona. This is the second edition of this report, and it gives us a snapshot of the development in the digital talent gap compared to 2019.

During the session, we’ll examine the main indicators on:

  • The global trends in relation to digital talent.

  • The impact of COVID-19 on the digital talent market.

  • Digital talent in Barcelona.

  • Avenues of action to remedy the digital talent gap (2020-2022)

To launch this study and provide an overview of the impact of these figures, we’ll welcome the participation of renowned companies in the digital sector as well as representatives from the public administration.

Time will be set aside at the end of the launch for a Q&A with the speakers participating in the session.
