We are seeking for a Digital Designer who possesses a passion for branding, marketing and pushing web & mobile technologies to the limits and will work with our digital team to design and build our digital projects.

Responsibilities:



  • Create lovely, humanistic and easy-to-use design solutions.

  • Leverage all voice of customer insights (both qualitative and quantitative), to recommend and influence the product experience and roadmap.

  • Actively contribute in the early stages of new features ideation.

  • Work with cross-functional teams throughout design, development and implementation of new features and improvements on existing features.

  • Produce concept models, journey maps, interaction flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and UI mock-ups.

  • Produce pixel-perfect production assets and design specifications and work with engineers to implement design solutions.

  • Present your work to peers and stakeholders with great presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Write concise design specifications including user stories, flow diagrams, expected behavior to a high level of detail.

  • Carry the UX torch across the company and liaise with UX community through teaching and speaking opportunities.

  • Provide updates to existing designs based on user feedback and key metrics

  • Continuously look for ways to improve the user experience and create more value for the business.

  • Create and producing solid designs that align to the creative and marketing direction.

  • Produce innovative design solutions that stay true to style guidelines and meet the objectives of our brand identity.

  • Follow and be aware of both graphic and UI trends. And be able to apply them into daily business.

  • Be able to meet tight deadlines whilst being able to quickly adapt to the changing priorities/situations.

  • Good communication skills to present design concepts and proposals when needed.

Requirements

  • A/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction or related.
  • Mastery of design tools as Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch.
  • Knowledge of UX design experience
  • Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
  • Solid practical and theoretical knowledge of interaction and visual design principles
  • Solid understanding of both iOS and Android
  • Proficiency in a wide variety of tools for visual design, conceptual design, prototyping, including but not limited to apps such as Sketch, illustrator, photoshop, Invision, etc..
  • Tools for managing tasks: Trello, Asana & Slack
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office)
  • We value understanding of validation user testing, with some practical experience.
  • We value knowledge HTML,CSS & Javascript.
