The businesses taking part in the Speed Dating are looking for junior professionals with at most three years’ experience in the following areas of expertise.

How to take part:
- Register and upload your CV as a PDF file in the form on this website with the structure Name_LastName
- Our selection team will review your CV and select the companies that best fit your professional profile
- We’ll tell the selected candidates the date and time of their appointments with the recruiters.
- Prep for your job interview and come along to 4YFN – MWC Barcelona all set for your meetings.
Remember! The same person may have more than one job interview on the day of the event when their professional profile dovetails with more than one firm.
Speed dating schedule:
- Tuesday 2 March: 10 am – 1.30 pm and 2.30 pm – 6.30 pm
- Wednesday 3 March: 10 am – 3 pm

We’ll set up interviews with recruiters from relevant organisations based on your professional profile and each business’s needs. You’ll have at most 15 minutes per round, so make sure you have your speech off to a tee!
Entry to 4YFN and MWC Barcelona 2022

Information about the Covid-19 protocol
Covid -19 passport
Under MWC – 4YFN Barcelona 2022 organisers’ rules, you’ll need to have a Covid Passport, complete vaccination schedule or NEGATIVE PCR or antigen test and show it to the organisers’ team at the entrance to be admitted to the event venue.

Antigen Test
You’ll also need to have a NEGATIVE antigen or PCR test and wear an FFP2 mask. You can’t come in with a surgical mask or cloth face covering.
This test will be done at the MWC-4YFN Barcelona test centre before you enter the venue.
