Scrum Master

In the Scrum framework, the Scrum Master is the most visible spokesperson of the team. They are responsible for the maintenance of the “backlog”, valuing transparency above all else to remove obstacles and achieve goals.

As a Scrum Master, you will be the coordinator of the agile team, allowing members to stay focused so they reach their goals. To do so, you should be familiar with all the processes and practices that serve to facilitate the information exchange between team members while maintaining a transparent approach to make smart decisions to secure the best possible outcomes.
